Voting to approve the proposed consolidated covenants began on Feb 21. You should have received your e-mail or paper mail ballot by Feb 22. The ballot package and draft covenants are also available for viewing/download in the Documents/Declaration of Covenants section of this site. For those interested in detail, there is also a compare version that highlights the changes between the original and the current revision.

We have started posting meeting minutes in the Documents section. The first half of this year will be a trial period to determine owner interest as well as webspace and  other resource requirements.

The revised RMR Bylaws and Bylaws Appendix A-RPG. (a compilation of RMR rules, procedures, and guidelines) were approved by the Board during the January 2012 regular meeting. These documents are now available for viewing in the Documents/Declaration of Covenants section of this site.
